Standard Delivery

  • All orders for delivery are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order.
  • All items are posted first class within the UK.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days from the time of your order for delivery.
  • First Class Royal Mail we anticipate deliveries to arrive within 1-5 days of your order date.

Our standard shipping price is £3.99 for orders with weights over 25 kg.

Orders over £120 excluding wax and VAT are shipped free of charge.

All our shipping prices are based solely on the weight of the packaged item along with the postcode and delivery destination and excluding VAT.

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur.

We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must in the original packaging and be unused for refunds.

Missing and/or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt delivery.

Please note, we can only provide replacements for damaged items with photo evidence.

Do not dispose of any damaged items as we may need them in order to replace them.

We will gladly refund all goods up to 14 days from delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you include the full name on the order include the order date and number along with the reason for your return.#

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

No refunds or exchanges are available after 14 days of the date of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
